I want to thank you and the rest of the FLH for your incredible service and expertise. Building a log home can be an overwhelming experience - there are so many steps to take and so many requirements to meet - but the staff made the entire experience painless.

The house is beautiful and every detail was carefully attended. The quality of the craftsmanship is obvious before you even walk in the door. I love the floor plan because it is so open and makes the house seem even more spacious than it is.

Another thing great about my FLH house experience is the service did not end when my package was delivered. I was provided with a list of maintenance numbers in case something goes amiss with my house, as well an onsite supervisor spent 1 week working with our general contractors building team, something no other offered

I have nothing but good thins to say about my  experience and I would definitely consider buying another FLH if I upgraded in the future. Thanks again.
